Why such a name ?

Coffee, because there's nothing simpler or more human than sharing a cup, and because it's so often an authentic moment, a moment when you can be yourself.

But rest assured, it can be tea. Matcha. Herbal tea or kombucha. Whatever works for you dear friend!

Complétude in french is "wholeness", totality. It's being complete—it's being yourself.

Yourself. Sounds overly ambitious? Let's risk it. Let's take the risk of being ourselves. At least for a coffee.

What do you mean by dreams ?

All this is very nice.

But what dream are we talking about?

Well, the one we all cherish deep down: the dream of being ourself.

And our era is both strange and wonderful because it gently (and sometimes not so gently, I will admit) compels us to reflect on it.

Knowing oneself. Being oneself. Is that not a lifelong endeavor? Yes. Is it an illusory quest ? Oh yes, of course.Yet I believe that a cup of coffee can bring us closer to it. I mean, aren't we already ourselves over a cup of coffee, in everyday life?

Is CC relevant for me ?

Café Complétude is primarily for those who feel the need for renewal, whether personal or professional (again, it's the same when we talk about dreams).

This session can only help you if you yourself have a desire for change and it's something you're already considering. If you'd like a quiet break where we can talk about your journey and find its next step, then we should have coffee.

Note: Café Complétude is not suitable for students, unless you are changing careers and have previous work experience.

If you'd like to meet, Café Complétude is on us. But here are a few prerequisites you should know.

A quiet moment

Café Complétude is a special moment between you and me. It's best if this moment isn't interrupted by other people.

So, if possible, choose a quiet place. Ideally, we could meet at your home. But if you prefer a café or a public place, make sure it's relatively peaceful.

A moment recorded

For our meeting, my only request is that you be able to record our conversation:

- It will primarily be a memento of our meeting.
- It will be content I can share online so that more people can benefit from our conversation. Obviously, nothing will be shared without your consent.
- And most importantly, it will allow you to revisit our conversation in the future, which is a key aspect of the magic of Café Complétude.

Below you'll find a link to book a 30-minute consultation. This video call will allow us to get to know each other.

Following this initial contact, you can then choose to book your "Complétude Café" session on a calendar I will send you.

The session lasts one hour. It is recorded and sent to you personally so you can review it later.

This point is perhaps the most important. Café Complétude is a moment that thrives on your sincerity. And this is true whether we're talking about your past struggles, your current daily life, or your future dreams.

I firmly believe that a single meeting (or a single online session) can be enough to give you some clues about who you can be. But the more sincere you are, the more you will receive.

Because in reality, it's not me who gives, it's you. You alone know better than anyone what you need. You alone hold the keys to your dead ends. Café Complétude is just the moment when we make a little space to find them.

So, before sending me a request to meet for coffee, ask yourself this: are you ready for a sincere and transparent moment about yourself?

Ce serait un honneur. Mais avant de l'organiser, voici quelques points qui vous permettront de savoir si le format est pertinent pour vous.

Café Complétude s'adresse d'abord à celles et ceux qui ressentent le besoin de se renouveler. Personnellement, ou professionnellement (encore une fois, c'est la même chose quand on parle du rêve). Ce moment ne peut vous aider que si vous avez vous-même une envie de changement et que c'est quelque chose qui vous fait déjà réfléchir.

Ensuite, Café Complétude est un moment privilégié entre vous et moi. Et il est préférable que ce moment ne soit pas interrompu par d'autres personnes.

Autant que possible, choisissez donc un endroit calme. Le mieux est de pouvoir faire cette rencontre chez vous. Si vous préférez un café ou un lieu public, assurez-vous que les lieux soient relativement tranquilles.

Pour notre rencontre, ma seule demande est de pouvoir enregistrer notre échange.
- Ce sera avant tout un souvenir de notre rencontre!
- Ce sera pour moi du contenu que je peux partager en ligne afin de faire profiter plus de monde de notre conversation. Évidemment, rien ne sera partagé sans votre accord.
- Et surtout, cela vous permettra de revenir à notre échange dans le futur, et c’est là un point essentiel de la magie de Café Complétude.

Enfin, et c'est peut-être le point le plus important, Café Complétude est un moment qui se nourrit de votre sincérité. Et cela est vrai que nous parlions de vos difficultés passées, de votre quotidien actuel ou de vos rêves futurs.

Je crois profondément qu’une seule rencontre peut suffire pour vous donner quelques indices sur qui vous pouvez être. Mais plus vous serez sincère, et plus vous recevrez. Car en réalité, ce n'est pas moi qui donne, c'est bien vous. Vous seul.e savez mieux que quiconque ce dont vous avez besoin. Vous seul.e avez les clés de vos impasses. Café Complétude est simplement le moment où l'on fait un peu d'espace pour les trouver.

My story

Originally from northern France (my beloved Picardy), I grew up in a small village nestled between a castle, fields, and a forest. A simple, modest corner of the country, yet one that taught me everything.

After studying engineering between Paris and southwestern France, I was fortunate enough to start working abroad very early on. From Asia to Europe, by way of the Middle East, I saw parts of the world that captivated me, but above all, awakened my curiosity for others and their stories.

For over seven years, I worked as a developer. My motivation has always been to bring human projects to life. This is why I eventually turned to web development upon my return to France in 2022.

But over time, I realized that my greatest passion was the stories of others—not only discovering them, but also seeing them unfold. I realized that my true strength lies in sharing and listening. So today, I dedicate myself to this passion: helping others to know themselves and grow.

I want to say this: I am nobody.

I am just a disciple of life. Someone who always learns from others and from encounters (and that's precisely why I'm undertaking this project). Also, it's very likely that I'm not the person who can help you. But it's also possible that I might have something to offer you.

If the titles on this page seem fanciful, I have no pretensions. Except perhaps the ability to listen and, maybe, bring you a little clarity and a little peace during a confusing or difficult time.
